Private Charter Requirements
"Encore Elite" is offered exclusively as a bareboat charter - meaning the yacht is rented without a captain or crew.
The charter is solely responsible for hiring a licensed captain for any movement of the yacht on the water.
Additional staff - such as crew, shuttle water service, stewardess, waitstaff, DJ, or private chef - may be hired independently by the charterer or selected from ENCOREE Elite's trusted vendor list. This format offers a fully private and customizable yachting experience, tailored to your unique preferences and event vision.
Important Guidelines:
Guest events (up to 30 guests) are permitted only while anchored or at the public dock in Orillia, where events for up to 8 guests are also allowed.
Friday Harbour Resorts does not allow events or guest gatherings on board while the yacht is docked at its marina.
Charters departing from the marina and cruising on Lake Simcoe are limited to 10 guests, offering an exclusive and relaxed atmosphere for your private group.
Overnight charters are available, with check-in at 1:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 am the following day. The yacht features 4 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests.
Hourly charters are also available, with a minimum booking of 4 hours.
